A short supplemental technique for advanced users
| Purpose: Relax the firmer tissue felt through the center of the shaft before or alongside other training. The goal is relaxation and mobility, not tissue breakdown. |
How to Perform the Exercise
1. Start at 60 to 80 percent erection
Do not perform this exercise fully erect.
2. Secure the base
Use a light grip at the base to help keep blood from leaving the penis while you perform the movement.
3. Apply slow, light pressure to the glans
Gently push downward on the glans. Keep the pressure controlled and light.
4. Use small circles if helpful
You can add light circular movements to help the tissue through the core of the penis relax.
5. Hold for 30 to 60 seconds
Repeat in short sets until you reach a total of about 3 to 5 minutes.
Important Notes
• This is a supplemental exercise, so more is not necessarily better. A total of 3 to 5 minutes is enough.
• This technique is intended for advanced users who can already identify unusual stiffness or firmness through the core of the shaft.
• Many experienced users describe the stiffness as something they can feel deeper in the center of the penis. Beginners may not be able to identify this sensation clearly.
• The objective is to help the penis relax and expand more freely. It is not meant to break tissue down.
• This technique may also support elongation by reducing stiffness in the tissue inside the shaft rather than directly targeting the tunica.
| Stop if you feel pain, sharp discomfort, numbness, or unusual discoloration. The movement should stay light and controlled. |
